Refund & Cancellation Policy

These rules explain how Shiningwhpolishe approaches refunds, credits, and rearrangements for hydration education products. They complement the Terms of Use and respect statutory rights that cannot be contracted away.

Currency, GST, and FX

Domestic quotes typically appear in New Zealand dollars inclusive of GST unless we clearly label a supply as zero-rated. International cardholders may see issuer conversion spreads. Refunds return to the original payment path where processor rules allow; otherwise we coordinate manual transfers with appropriate fraud checks.

Digital guides, templates, and recordings

If you purchase instantly accessible downloads, delivery is complete once files reach your inbox or download portal. Refunds may be limited after access because the product cannot be returned electronically. We still review fairness requests where technical failure prevented download or files were materially corrupted.

Version mismatches

If we retire an edition, existing buyers receive the updated document at no charge within the support window stated on the product page.

Live workshops and cohort calls

Cancellations received more than forty-eight hours before the published start usually qualify for a full refund minus non-recoverable payment processing fees. Between twenty-four and forty-eight hours, we may offer a credit toward a future public session if seats remain constrained. Inside twenty-four hours, refunds may be declined, though extenuating circumstances are evaluated case by case.

Consulting retainers and hourly blocks

Prepaid blocks are refundable on a pro-rata basis for undelivered hours if no bespoke deliverables containing tailored recommendations have been issued. Once personalised worksheets or advisory memoranda are transmitted, charges reflect completed effort consistent with your statement of work.

Force majeure and public health disruptions

Events such as severe weather, transit shutdowns, or government-mandated gathering limits may force rescheduling. We will propose new dates before processing refunds, but you may elect a refund if replacements materially conflict with your schedule.

Chargebacks and retrieval requests

We prefer resolving billing questions before card networks escalate disputes because chargeback fees harm educational programming budgets. We supply evidence packs when claims appear inconsistent with signed agreements or delivery logs.

Credit notes and transferability

Credits typically expire twelve months from issuance unless a corporate master services agreement specifies otherwise. Credits are ordinarily non-transferable except where HR departments reassign seats inside the same legal entity.

Purchase orders and procurement timelines

Customers paying via invoice may experience longer refund lead times while treasury teams reconcile ledger entries. Provide PO numbers in every email so finance can match transactions quickly.

Internal review service levels

We acknowledge refund requests within two New Zealand business days and aim to conclude straightforward reviews within ten business days. Complex investigations involving third-party processors may take longer, but we communicate interim status.

New Zealand consumer rights reminder

Nothing here limits guarantees you retain under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for qualifying consumer services. If a statutory remedy applies, we follow it regardless of commercial policy caps.
